Terms and Conditions
- Minimum order : There is no minimum order required. Gemstones have only one price. Although for our jewelry if you would like to buy wholesale quantities of the same product, you should contact us prior to your purchase to discuss a wholesale price with us.
- Production Time: 0 day for small or retail orders. 0 day for wholesale orders if stock available. For orders over 100 carats, if stocks are not available orders will take 4 to 6 weeks depending on quantity.
- Delivery: By airfreight. (Thai Postage and FedEx) in accordance to customers' order. Freight charges need to be collected and are included in our invoice. All orders over 100$ will be sent by FedEx. Shipping fees are added directly in your shopping cart when you buy.
- Payment: Transfer bank account ( to be confirmed if needed) or paypal account by buying directly through our website.
For big orders that require production time : 50% deposit before starting production with the balance due before shipping.

- Ordering Information
You may submit an order using the shopping cart and secure order form provided. Orders for items are processed on a first serve basis. We suggest that the order form on the online shop be used, as it is the fastest.
We accept paypal and your order will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders that require labor (such as cutting stones) can take 4 to 6 weeks before shipment or up to the agreement.

- Shipping Policy
All orders sent are insured and will require a signature on delivery. Orders may be shipped by Thai Post and FedEx Some countries may charge additional tarifs, duties, customs charges or taxes. These will be the responsibility of the recipient for payment and will be billed as such.
- Special Request :
If you don't find what you are looking for on our on-line pages, you may make a special request by email to us. Please include your name, telephone number and e-mail address so we may contact you.
- Return Policy and CBSGemstone Guarantee :
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, however you may return loose (unmounted) gemstones or jewelry for refund within 15 days of receipt. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Number) by calling us or email us and clearly mark it on the box. We will refuse any shipment without an RMA number. Items returned must be in original conditions. Ship returned items prepaid and insured to the address on the packing slip. Please return the packing slip, along with a note stating the reason for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Jewelry returned must also be in the same conditions as they were when delivered.
- Unclaimed Goods :
Items that are returned to us by a shipper as "unclaimed" will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period we will attempt to contact you, and will resend the items for additional shipping charges. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30 day period, the items will be returned to our inventory to be resold without refund.
